Vans Skate Sk8-Hi Shoes in Krooked By Natas For Ray in Blue. Part of the brand’s Skate Classics collection and designed in collaboration with Mark Gonzales’ Krooked Skateboards and skater Natas Kaupas for team rider Ray Barbee, the Vans Skate Sk8-Hi features a revised construction ultimately designed for skaters by skaters. Featuring premium black and blue uppers crafted from suede and canvas, revised DURACAP reinforcements and an all-new two part foxing, these high collared skate shoes also feature a moulded heel counter, a POPCUSH footbed and Vans’ classic Waffle outsole. The white rubber outsole is printed with commemorative ‘Vans Krooked’ branding, whilst the padded midfoot and collar features a checkerboard backing with printed character details across each exterior side. The recessed eight eyelet lacing system secures the woven tongue in place, whilst concealed tongue straps provide a locked-in fit. Finished with contrast white stitching throughout, Vans’ all-new checkerboard flag label, debossed ‘By Natas For Ray Barbee’ split heel branding and with rubberised ‘Off The Wall Skateboarding’ scabs across each heel.

A follow on from his recent Vans x Leica D-Lux release and a tribute to both Gonzales’ and Natas’ creative character, the Vans Skate Sk8-Hi is an illustrative skate shoe designed to deliver maximum boardfeel, flex and response.
